Warm-Ups Exercises

At China Hand Kung Fu Academy we teach a number of different exercises that are used in all of our classes.  Just because these exercises are located on the Tai Chi Training website, does not be that they are only for Tai Chi.  The will serve as the basics for all styles of Kung Fu taught at the Academy and to our online members.  

All Warm-up exercises are practiced: 

  • Left side & right side

  • Opposite direction

  • Each side is done 15 times minimum.  You can do more and you can do less, this is just a guideline.
